Initial Consultation

A comprehensive consultation to discuss your business idea, legal structure options, and the general requirements for your venture in Germany. (Note: If the package is not taken after the initial consultation, this consultation will be billed separately at €249.)

We’ll assist in verifying your desired company name and business purpose with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) to ensure compliance with German regulations.

We’ll coordinate and schedule your notary appointment, a crucial step in the company formation process.

We’ll provide you with the necessary invitation letter to support your visa application, facilitating your entry into Germany for the establishment of your business.

We’ll arrange a professional interpreter to accompany you to the notary appointment, ensuring clear and accurate communication throughout the legal proceedings.

We’ll assist you in opening a business bank account with a reputable German bank, a necessary step for your financial operations.

We’ll support you in registering your business and applying for the required tax numbers, including the tax identification number, and optionally, the VAT ID and/or EORI number.

We’ll guide you through the registration process in the Transparency Register, ensuring compliance with German transparency regulations.
